Payze enables you to securely save a customer's credit card information and execute transactions later.
This method generates transactionUrl, where you can redirect the end-user to perform the save card operation.
The service responds with cardId associated with the specified card, and upon successful card link, further transactions can be produced with Pay with saved card.
